BitZappl does not evaluate or pass judgment on potential criminal activities but remains supportive of fraud investigations initiated by investors concerning verified projects.
In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, BitZappl may share the nationality of the KYC-verified individuals involved in a project to aid investors in reaching the appropriate enforcement agencies. When legally mandated by law enforcement and with approval from independent legal counsel, BitZappl will provide the complete verification records stored in their secure database and cooperate fully with authorities in pursuing individuals involved in blockchain-related fraud.
